Our holiday home spans three floors and boasts two beautiful terraces. GROUND FLOOR: SPACIOUS BATHROOM: -> separate shower and WC -> Soap dispenser and hairdryer -> hallway -> handmade Moroccan mosaic fountain 1ST FLOOR- SLEEPING AREA: BEDROOM 1 -> comfortable single bed -> built-in wardrobe -> darkening curtain BEDROOM 2 -> A comfortable double bed. -> A Moroccan sofa that can be used as a cot. -> Built-in wardrobe -> Darkening curtains -> Desk -> Brand new air conditioning -> Bedroom 1 and 2 are connected by a passage door. 2ND FLOOR- SEMI OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN: -> Fully equipped kitchen with an attractive counter. -> Fridge and freezer, kettle, gas cooker, coffee machine, teapots, plates, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, utensils, blender, oil, spices, etc. -> Dining area LIVING ROOM: ->Three comfortable Moroccan sofas (two of which can be used as beds). -> Kami 3RD FLOOR: BEDROOM & 1ST BEDROOM BEDROOM 3: -> Comfortable double bed -> Built-in wardrobe -> Brand new air conditioning -> Integrated bathroom with shower and WC, equipped with soap dispenser and hairdryer. TERSASSE 1 -> A beautiful, authentic, handmade Moroccan mosaic fountain. -> A bench for seating. -> Laundry room: The enclosed laundry room has a washing machine. Laundry costs 50 dirhams per stay. ROOF TERRACE: -> Barbecue -> Dining table and comfortable seating. -> From the roof terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Rif Mountains and experience sunrises and sunsets in complete relaxation. Other things to note 👉 According to Moroccan law, couples where at least one guest is Moroccan must present a marriage certificate. This applies to Moroccan citizens and Moroccans residing abroad‼️ 🛏️ Bed linen, towels and extra blankets are included! 📶 Free WiFi 🚼 A baby cot/high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. 🅿️ Parking: Our house is located in the heart of the car-free Medina. The nearest paid parking is about a 5-minute walk from our house (parking fee: 30 DH/day). ❄️ Air conditioning: The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first and third floors. The other rooms are equipped with fans. 👨‍🦽‍➡️ Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility. 📹 For security reasons, the roof terrace is monitored by video surveillance. We attach great importance to privacy, so data protection is of course respected. ➡️ The rental price includes 20% VAT, accommodation tax, 16% Airbnb service fee and all costs.
