Best suited for 6 people. 1 room with en-suite, 1 family bathroom and 1 additional toilet. The property is supplied with a blow dryer, iron, towels, slippers and shower gel for the first night only. Complimentary tea, and coffee in the kitchen for the guest. Please respect house rules. No parties, no smoking, no pets, be careful with iron, no loud music. Lounge is provided with a smart TV and WIFI. WIFI passwords are provided on arrival to the property. Guest access Upper floor apartment only. Other things to note Guest parking permits available at an additional cost of £14 per day. There will be a late fee for late check outs for the sum of £30 per hr for a maximum of 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, the full day rate will be payable. The property is fitted with a ringo door bell that records entry and departure and security camera in common areas.
