Bright, air-conditioned apartment with 2 double bedrooms, on the first floor of a quiet condominium near the most beautiful beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula. The terrace overlooking the sea and the large living room are the features for a perfect relaxing stay. Pinus Village beach is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes. The space The apartment is ideal for couples or families of up to 5 people. Guests can make use of an equipped kitchen [fridge – freezer – gas stove – microwave, pots and accessories] and a total of 4 seats – television – washing machine and free Wi-Fi. All spaces are for the exclusive use of our guests. The property is managed by Host Me Property Management on behalf of the owner, Manlio. We kindly ask you to indicate how many beds need to be prepared. For 2 guests, a double bed will be provided; the request for the second bed and possibly for the single sofa bed will be an extra on request. 🕒 Check-in and Self Check-in Standard check-in: Guests can check in free of charge via Self Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and midnight. Upon arrival at the property, a video call will be made for visual identification, which is mandatory under the new Italian safety regulations. In-person assistance is only available upon request and subject to availability, with a fee to be agreed upon. Please note that the accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €1.00 per person per night (Children under 10 years of age are exempt) ℹ️ Extra charges not included in the booking price • Baby crib (upon request) €30 per stay in April, May, October and November €50 per stay in the months of June, July, August and September • High chair (upon request) €10 per stay in April, May, October and November €20 per stay in the months of June, July, August and September • Beach towels €3.00 each (upon request) ℹ️ All extra services are optional and must be requested at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure availability. HOUSE RULES: • Before arrival, all guests are required to send a copy of their government-issued ID or passport. • Respect the municipal rules on the separate collection of waste and do not leave residual waste in the fridge or in the bins upon departure. Guests are asked to take the residual waste to the Pinus Village recycling center (failure to take the remaining garbage to the recycling center will result in a penalty of €50.00, which will be deducted from the security deposit) • Leave the kitchen equipment and the barbecue clean upon departure • Use the toilet and kitchen facilities and drains responsibly • The guest must inform us of the exact time of arrival at the property and provide the flight number (if applicable). • Upon arrival, the guest will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property at check-in.
