It may be muddy or uneven, especially after rain. • Free Wi-Fi available (low speed & limited data) • High-speed unlimited internet can be arranged at additional cost (please inquire before booking) • No air conditioning (fans and natural ventilation provided). • Basic kitchen tools available (no meals provided). • Rice fields are green mid-July–Oct and mid-Jan–mid-May (seasonal landscape). • Our caretaker may visit 2–3 times/week to water plants (he respects guest privacy). • This is a self-service home, and we may not always be on-site. However, we are always available by phone if you need assistance. • PM2.5 may be higher from March to mid-May (special discount during this period).
