Welcome to Le Montagard - our newly renovated country house in Provence, set amidst nature, vineyards and olive groves, close to Mont Ventoux and the Luberon in one of the most beautiful and spectacular areas of France. Le Montagard, is a luxurious 3-bedroom country house, perfect for your getaway. Split over two levels,  the house is located a stones throw from the pretty perched village of Blauvac. Enjoy breathtaking views and a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space Le Montagard offers the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The detached house is set in a very quiet environment, away from any built up area and roads and was almost completely renovated in 2023. Attention was paid to timeless and high-quality design furnishings. There are spacious and elegantly furnished rooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace and an outdoor area with a private 11 x 5 m pool. Our holiday home has all the amenities to make a stay for 6 people uncomplicated and enjoyable. The house consists of two living units - on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and a large living room with kitchen. On the upper level in "The Loft" you have a pleasant entrance area, an office room, bathroom and a spacious bedroom at your disposal. Access to The Loft is via an external staircase and is not very suitable for people with reduced mobility. What you'll find at Le Montagard: 3 bedrooms with double beds for 6 people (suitable for young people from 12 years), all equipped with air conditioning. 2 enclosed bathrooms with shower and toilet. The yellow bedroom has a shower/washbasin, the toilet is directly adjacent to the room. Spacious living & dining room with modern kitchen and cooking island. Kitchen equipment for the greatest possible comfort: Induction cooker with integrated exhaust, dishwasher, two ovens with steamer or microwave, refrigerator with freezer drawers, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. Large lit swimming pool Fast fibre optic internet and WLAN (Actual speed can vary) Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer Ample parking on property. Distance to shopping facilities: 7 minutes by car 4'400 m² of grounds with Bellevue – viewpoint. The house is located in a nature and agricultural zone and is surrounded by forest, bush and vineyards. For cyclists there is enough space to store the bikes in the garage on request. A small selection of tools, a maintenance stand and an air compressor are also available. Other things to note A bottle of wine from on our fantastic local wineries will be available on your arrival.
