(amount that is totally gone para el gas para la caldera ). • Boiler service must be ordered with time I already know at the time of booking or by the tomorrow when I rent it, it's running. (ignido times for caldera is 10 AM at 5 PM. If caldera service is requested by the night a tip is charged for the local administrator of $300 pesos in cash. • Caldera is slow to heat the pool about 2 hours and half. Responsibility of guests turn off the filter button to turn off the caldera for the longer the gas and do not burn the boiler (admin local will give them the directions). I'll give you your check-in and check-out times. * Check-in - 3 PM * Check-out - 12 PM * Check-in and check-out times can be negotiated in advance to check in earlier or check out later (extra cost is calculated from overtime.) You will be greeted by my local administrator, Angie, whose number I will give you so that you can coordinate your arrival and departure. She will show you the house, the inventory, give you the keys, you must give her the security deposit for possible damages and/or fines for parties ($4000 pesos in cash) and she will return it to you when you leave, if there are no damages and/or fines. It's important to let Angie know your pre-set check-in time. We ask all guests not to take things out of the house (dishes, cutlery, towels, etc.) We do not allow parties and there should be no excessive noise. (quiet is requested in open areas after 12 am). *. In case of breaking the rules on loud music and parties, the full deposit will be charged to cover fines (either local or from the homeowners association). Other things to note *. A security deposit is given for possible damages and/or fines of ($4000 pesos M/N) upon arrival to the local administrator. The same will be returned to you upon departure if there is no damage or fine to the property.  We do not allow parties, and there should be no excessive noise. (Quiet is requested in open areas after midnight.) * If you violate the rules regarding loud music and parties, the entire security deposit will be charged to cover fines (whether from the city or the homeowner association), as well as cleaning costs and any potential damages. If significant damage is found, a separate charge will be made. *.
