Swimming pool • The pool has a hydro- massage system, the local administrator can show you how to turn them on and off (they should not be left on if no one is in the pool). • The Jacuzzi has a boiler; the cost to heating it is $1000 pesos in cash per day. (amount that goes entirely for the gas for the boiler). • Boiler service must be requested in advance, either at the time of booking or in the morning when the rent is running. (heater on times are 10 AM to 5 PM. If the boiler service is requested at night, a tip is charged for the local administrator of $300 pesos in cash. • The boiler takes time to heat the pool about 2 and a half hours. It is the responsibility of guests to turn off the filter button to turn off the heater so that the gas lasts longer gas and the boiler does not burn out (the local will give you the instructions). I'll give you your check-in and check-out times. * Check-in - 3 PM * Check-out - 12 PM * Check-in and check-out times can be negotiated in advance to check in earlier or check out later (extra cost is calculated from overtime.) You will be greeted by my local administrator, Angie, whose number I will give you so that you can coordinate your arrival and departure. She will show you the house, the inventory, give you the keys, you must give her the security deposit for possible damages and/or fines for parties ($4000 pesos in cash) and she will return it to you when you leave, if there are no damages and/or fines. It's important to let Angie know your pre-set check-in time. We ask all guests not to take things out of the house (dishes, cutlery, towels, etc.) We do not allow parties and there should be no excessive noise. (quiet is requested in open areas after 12 am). *. In case of breaking the rules on loud music and parties, the full deposit will be charged to cover fines (either local or from the homeowners association). Other things to note *. A security deposit for possible damages and/or fines ($4000 pesos M/N) is given to the local administrator upon arrival. The same will be returned to you upon departure if there is no damage or fine on the property.  We do not allow parties and there should be no excessive noise. (Quiet is requested in open areas after 12 am). *. In case of breaking the rules on loud music and parties, the full deposit will be charged to cover fines (either local or from the homeowners association). If the security deposit is charged to cover the fine for misbehavior for having parties and the house is damaged, that is another separate account. * Pets are only allowed under special conditions and have an extra charge. * We make prior arrangements to have the extra staff or service requested on time and available for your arrival, so we do not have refunds on extra services (schedules, extra guests, kitchen, extra staff, etc.)
