The spacious floor plan has a full kitchen with gas range and Breville Nespresso machine as well as a drip coffee machine with local grounds. Living room with cozy couch & smart TV for streaming your own subscription services. The luxurious bathroom includes walk-in shower with regular & rain head shower head as well as an oversized soaker tub for a romantic bubble bath. Outside you'll enjoy hill country views, occasional deer and a 8x15 plunge pool that can be heated. Just steps away relax at an easy to use gas fire pit to enjoy wine or s'mores. Also on-site is covered parking and EV charger. Guest access Guests will be able to access the full guest house including washer & dryer. Other things to note Guests must drive 1/8 mile on an unpaved road to get to the house. Hot Tub advertised is the plunge pool heated. We also have a romantic 6 foot soaker tub in the bathroom. 🥰 Plunge pool can be heated to 90+ degrees for an additional $75 per day. Guests must notify host at least 48 hours in advance of check-in if heating is wanted on the pool during the reservation. During the winter our temperatures are typically fairly mild but if the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 24 consecutive hours the heater on the pool may not heat.
