The outside staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen, the dining area, the living room and the shower room. The upper and lower living areas are connected by the external staircase. Two couples or older children often find this ideal, but the house is not suitable for smaller children under the age of 6. The highlights of the holiday home are the terraces and the beautiful garden. There is a terrace facing west and another sheltered on the east side with a barbecue and a small outdoor kitchen. There is also a balcony facing east, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. Surfers, kiters and other water sports enthusiasts can reach the water, which offers a great surfing area, in just a few steps. The house has its own boat berth at the buoy in the Stehrevier, which you can use free of charge. The water depth is sufficient for a dinghy or a small motorboat.
