Two independent apartments make up Casa los Peces - 50m from the beach, 300m from the centre, and close to great restaurants. Absolutely perfect for 2 couples or small families vacationing together, who want to be close, but who also want their own space. *Please note there is the potential of some noise from builders in the neighbouring plot. We've had no complaints (they work max 8am - 6pm) but if you want total silence, please look elsewhere. WE HAVE REDUCED PRICES BY 10% BECAUSE OF THIS The space TOP FLOOR: BEDROOM: King size bed, AC, overhead fan, closet, safety deposit box, 2 bedside tables, and a chair. BATHROOM: toilet, sink and shower. Hair and body shampoo are provided, as are towels. Beach towels and parasol are also provided. KITCHEN: fridge freezer, air fryer, 4 burner stove, microwave, blender, and standard filter coffee machine, plus breakfast bar with stools. Drinking water is provided. LOUNGE: flat-screen television with Netflix, an overhead fan, an individual bed that can be made up as a sofa or as a bed, a chair and a hammock. TERRACE: views along the Veraniega and out to sea. It has a table, sofa and hammock from which you can enjoy your sunset. GROUND FLOOR: BEDROOM: 1 standard-sized matrimonial double bed (53.15” x 74.80” or1.35m x 1.90m). closet, wooden bench and armchairs, mirror, bedside table, coat hooks, overhead fan and AC unit. BATHROOM: toilet, sink and shower. Hair and body shampoo are provided, as are towels. Beach towels and parasol are also provided. KITCHEN: fridge freezer, 2 burner stove, toaster, microwave, blender, and standard filter coffee machine, plus breakfast bar with stools. Drinking water is provided. LOUNGE: An individual bed is dressed as a sofa in the lounge area and there are also arm chairs, a wooden love seat and a workspace area. OUTSIDE SPACE: The apartment has a front terrace from which you can chill in the hammock and watch the world go by...plus there's also a back garden with table and chairs. Parking is on-street in front of the apartment. Guest access Access to everything - the space is set up only for guests. Other things to note DRINKING WATER: We provide drinking water - please just bring one reusable bottle with you that you can refill - please do not bring/buy unnecessary plastic bottles. INTERNET: Please be aware bad weather can affect signal. OTHER SERVICES: (at additional cost) Additional cleaning service including linen and towel change is $500mx per floor.
