Please note this home does not include access to certain other amenities, such as golf, tennis, pickle ball or the little onsite water park (lazy river with 1 slide). Guest access Guests are provided a rental agreement to sign no later than 24 hours before arrival that is shown to security upon arrival at the resort and that has a personalized entry code that allows them to use the smart lock to access the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT DETAILS No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes, including strict compliance with respect for neighbors. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted by local law enforcement officers with no refund. No Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply. Security Deposit: This listing requires that a $500 refundable security be paid 24 hours before arrival. Rental Agreement: This listing requires that a rental agreement be digitally signed by 24 hours before arrival. No boats, trailers, motor homes or other such vehicles permitted by the resort. Price varies based on the number of guests ($18 per guest per night starting with the 7th guest). Please be sure to accurately indicate the number of guests when you book. Wildlife: It is normal to see raccoons and other wildlife throughout the resort both during the day and at night. It is important to clean up from outdoor meals immediately afterwards, taking care not to leave any food debris that could attract wildlife. As this is a tropical outdoor environment, guests may encounter local wildlife, insects, or natural debris; we do not offer refunds for these inherent outdoor elements.
