This inviting home offers a large front living room that opens to the kitchen with tons of natural light. The home is a wonderful space to come back to after a day of Football or outdoor adventures. Large property offers privacy and tranquility but is a close drive to Downtown Blacksburg. The outdoor beauty and spacious home make this a great place to stay all year long! The space The home offers a cozy feel while having a lot of room and open space. The kitchen and dining area looks out to the back yard and porch, which can be accessed through the main living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, sink and island for preparing food. The kitchen is filled with plenty of cookware, plates and items to make your stay comfortable: Keurig, Toaster and Large Refrigerator. There are three bedrooms located on the upper-level. Two with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are two additional bedrooms on the lower-level with one queen and one full bed. Laundry room is located on the lower-level and features washer and dryer and is equipped with detergent and cleaning supplies. Guest access All areas of the home and property are open for guests use except for the garage which is used for owner storage. Other things to note - Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation. - Home has WIFI and connection is strong - Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave -Garage is not included in rental - Pets allowed with additional $100 pet fee. - Coffee Maker (Keurig) Propane (for grill): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
