The apartment is in a secure complex with 24 hour security and underground parking. Enjoy summer nights on the balcony overlooking Table Mountain. Amenities include aircon, uncapped wifi, communal pool, washing machine and a Smart TV. The space The kitchen and lounge are open plan and lead onto a balcony which has fantastic views of Table Mountain. The upstairs loft area houses the bedroom with lots of cupboard space. The bathroom with standalone shower is downstairs. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the complex (two flights of stairs). Guest access Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. Other things to note We would like to inform our guests that there are building works taking place at the property. The work will only be conducted during normal working hours, and they will do their utmost to keep the noise to a minimum to ensure a comfortable stay for you. Thank you for your understanding. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb in order to reach the apartment. For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
