Tiny house near the beach!

Enjoy a wooded retreat just minutes from Maine's stunning Fortune's Rocks beach. This newly constructed tiny home welcomes you for a memorable stay near the coast. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation. The space We ask that our guests take the time to review the photo slideshow and captions thoroughly before booking to ensure you will be comfortable in our space. The primary loft has a queen bed and is accessed by the short staircase near the kitchen. The secondary loft has a full bed and is accessed by the ladder near the living area. The ceiling height in both lofts is low - you will not be able to stand up, and many guests may not be able to sit up completely while in bed. An energy efficient heat pump provides heating and cooling year round to this space, with a mini wood stove providing secondary heat in winter months. The kitchen is appointed with everything you will need to prepare basic meals. We have high speed internet for streaming and working from away, and a 30" TV with Roku is now mounted across from the couch in the living area. We also have a hot tub near the fire pit for enjoying evenings outdoors! If you are traveling with a pet we ask that you send us a message after booking so that we can add our pet fee to your reservation. We provide everything you will need on site to make sure our space stays clean while you are traveling with your four-legged guests, so please be sure to leave the property as you found it so that no additional cleaning fees have to be applied. Guest access We have parking space available on site for two cars. Access is self check-in with a keypad. Other things to note Please note that this property sits a few hundred feet off the road on a wooded lot, but that the main road itself is well traveled and there will be traffic noise at times.
