The house is located in a quiet, pleasant and relaxing area, where you can listen to the birds singing in the morning when you wake up. 10 minutes away, you will find all amenities in the charming town of Bourbriac: Carrefour market, bar, restaurants, bakery, tobacco press, doctor's office, pharmacy, etc. 15 minutes from Guingamp 40 min to St Brieuc with its beaches and many other visits to do in the surrounding area. The space you'll find: On the ground floor: - A living/dining room with reading and music area leading to the courtyard. You can have a barbecue, an aperitif or a nap in the Chilean chairs at your disposal. - A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas stove with electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave… - A bathroom with toilet A living/dining room with reading and music area. - Upstairs: A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) A second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) A hallway with a telescope, board games Guest access you will have access to the whole house except the room that is reserved for the housekeeping, upstairs next to the bedroom Other things to note During the renovation of this house, we wanted to preserve its charm while respecting the environment. Many pieces of furniture have been renovated, such as the entire dining room, beds, coffee table, furniture at the entrance... Others have been made using existing ones, such as the kitchen counter or the headboard in the first bedroom. Indeed, these are old boards found in a warehouse. Respecting these values was important to us and the Rudovaloristes company helped us in this project so that you feel as good as possible in our house.
