We are unable to issue additional keys under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. ▼Loss or Damage to Keys or Property: In the event of lost or damaged keys or significant damage to room furnishings, the actual cost of repair or replacement will be charged. (The reissue fee for a lost key is ¥9,000.) We kindly ask that you treat all items with care. ▼Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, including electronic cigarettes. If any signs of smoking or lingering odors are detected, a deodorizing and cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
