The space Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a chic and comfortable living area complete with a large smart TV and abundant seating for all.Fully stocked island kitchen with double ovens, keurig coffee maker with pods included, dining room that easily seats 8 plus. Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms on main floor - Bedroom #1 - King bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, walk in shower, double sinks w/smart tv in the middle, soak tub and private doors leading to outdoor living area. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, work desk, ADA compliant walk-in shower and a private door leading to a private outdoor seating space. in addition the Main floor includes a office/work area plus full size washer and dryer. The private second floor can be accessed through a locked staircase door and offers a game room with a smart TV, gaming device, board games, poker/game table, and a kitchenette bar w/small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - bedroom #3 - Queen size bed, smart tv, private door leading to private seating area, private bathroom, shared shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 - "the bunk room" 7 twin sized beds (one is a fold out) each bunk includes a reading light w/usb charging port, smart tv plus a small desk. Both upper and lower patios are equipped with large smart tv's that have the ability to watch most sporting games through FUBO. The exterior is equally impressive with ample parking (easy trailer parking on the bottom landings, seamless parking for at least 10 vehicles) and a private hot/cold tub. Guests will also have access to Lake access (includes Cody Parks boat launch that is open when the Lake is down. Check their website), indoor fishing well, marina/park, beach areas (the water is down but its still nice, deep and cool!), BAR K Park and tennis courts, basketball court and sparkling pool! Guest access Fishing Well at Marina View Park 21390 Park Drive Pool at Bar-K Park 6608 Bar-K Clubhouse Court Pool hours are 9 AM - 7 PM Monday - Saturday. 12 PM - 7 PM Sunday. Our pool season begins in mid-May and runs through September 30, depending on weather. The Pool cannot be rented for parties. Members (one household) may bring up to 4 guests. All guest vehicles at a boat ramp must display a guest hang tag. Campground/RV grounds are located around the corner from the house. Additional rates will apply. Message host for more information. Campground 21301 Paseo de Vaca The LVPOA Campground consists of 42 sites including 6 tent sites, 7 tent/pop-up sites, 16 30amp sites, and 13 50amp sites. These are to be used by members and their guests only. Members are required to make reservations for their guests by visiting the main office, calling, visiting the reservation site, or clicking the link below. Sites are partial hook-up, and no sewer is available. There are 2 full restrooms with private men's and women's showers. The LVPOA Campground is heavily treed with small roads and only accommodates rigs up to 35ft (hitch to bumper) and 13ft in height. Other things to note Located within minutes from a food truck park, locally owned eateries and bars, 7 days a week live music and great food w/an indoor/outdoor atmosphere + game room at The Lucky Rabbit (10 minute drive). Captain Pete's Boathouse is a great restaurant/bar that is family friendly and the kids will love feeding the fish! Multiple boat launches, Volente Beach Water Park (35 minute drive), Bob Weintz Park/The Oasis Bar/Brewery/Windy Point (30 minute drive). ATV/UTV Hidden Falls Adventure Park is only 30 minute drive!
