Room in a historic house

One of Petrer's most iconic houses built in 1928. Ground floor with access through the garden that encloses the building. Spacious, sunny apartment with large windows, preserving the original architectural elements. Large fully-equipped kitchen. Beautiful room, spacious and bright, with a very comfortable new large bed and area to eat or work at ease. We are updating the bathrooms so we ask for a little understanding with it :-) Guest access Access to kitchen with pantry, bathrooms, laundry room and iron, interior patio with clothesline. During your stay The host lives on the floor, so any problems that arise can be resolved quickly. Other things to note Pets are only allowed in the rented room.
