The “Beach” House backs to 17 acres of secluded forest. Walking trails, creek, yard games, and above ground pool. Friendly chickens and small pups on property. Near the Neches Wildlife Refuge and River Run. Groomed acre of wide open dog/child/adult play and event space. 3 tiny homes on property each with separate patio, deck, fire pit, outdoor grill/dining space. Minimum of 2 parking spots per house with lots of room for adjustments for trailers/trucks/atv’s. Can always book both tiny Houses! The space Achieved Super Host status and then paused while we added a second House ( The Dawg House). Each have their own private deck/patio and fire pit. They are both studio floor plans and have full use of the 17 private acres (with NO neighbors). Many fun amenities and easy parking. Great for romantic getaways, an adventure with young kids or a hunting excursion to the NWR or excitement at River Run. Guest access You’ll have full access to all private 17 acres. Book both The Beach House and The Dawg House and you’ll have the property all to yourselves. And host tends to stay out of sight. Other things to note We are a beautiful, open, outdoor event space for weddings, proposals, birthdays, reunions, family gatherings. Host is happy to help with creative decor, setups for unique engagements and special requests (some at additional fees). Primitive camping is also an option within the enchanted forest at a reduced price.
