With convenient access to IH-35, Loop 410, IH-10, Loop 1604, and Wurzbach Parkway, we are located 2.6 to 19 miles from BAMC & at least 25 San Antonio hospitals. This is an exquisite room in a beautiful home in a family-oriented neighborhood that has NOT been remodeled by remote investors. This a quiet, peaceful, serene, and clean house with full use of kitchen as well as all shared spaces. W/D upstairs, 2 community parks, 2 living areas, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Living, dining, patio, backyard, and upstairs living spaces are shared with other guests. The room is accessed for cleaning once per week including fresh towels and sheets. Every guest is provided 2 each towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Host is on site. We are 5.9 miles to BAMC; 6.6 miles to the airport; 2.8 miles to Methodist NE; 11 miles to Methodist Main; 3.5 miles to Baptist NE; 12 miles to Downtown; 11 miles to The Pearl; 12 miles to the Alamodome; 11 miles to the Alamo; 12 miles to the Riverwalk & the Tower of the Americas. Guest access Guests have a full kitchen and large dining table to use, with stove top and oven, as well as full fridge and microwave. You are not confined to you room for food prep! There is patio furniture on the covered patio which is a lovely place to eat a meal. Only the garage, supply closet, and office is not accessible to guests. During your stay Host is often on site and always available for emergencies or problems. You will not be dealing with a 1-800 number when there is an issue to be dealt with by the host.
