For stays of 3 nights / days the cost is 60€. For stays of 7 nights / 8 days the cost is 90€. For stays of 14 nights / 15 days the cost is 120€. It is open: 24h (except August from 7h to 23h). To get around you will have at your disposal several public and private transport options that will allow you to move around the city comfortably. Here are some of the most common alternatives: Public transport: 1. Metro: The most convenient and fastest option for getting around Madrid is the metro. The closest station to Calle Rodríguez San Pedro 10 is San Bernardo station, which is on Line 2 (red line) and Line 4 (brown line). From there, you can easily reach the city's main points of interest, such as Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum and Plaza Mayor. 2. Bus: Madrid has an extensive network of city buses that connect almost every corner of the city. The bus stop "Noviciado - San Bernardo" is located near Rodriguez San Pedro street and is served by several bus lines that will take you to different destinations in the city. Private Transport: 1. Car: If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. Also, in the centre of Madrid you need an ECO sticker to be able to move around without restrictions. Near the flat there are several public car parks that offer vouchers for stays of more than one day. Taxi and Uber: Madrid has a well-established taxi service and also offers the option of private transport services such as Uber. You can hail a taxi directly on the street or use transport apps to request a vehicle at your location. 3. Bicycle: Madrid is an increasingly cyclist-friendly city, and there are several options to rent bicycles in different parts of the city. If you enjoy cycling, it is an environmentally friendly and enjoyable way to explore Madrid. If you come by car, you can park for free in the vicinity of the apartment. Other things to note Upon arrival at the apartment, I will personally welcome you. Complimentary check-in is available from 15:00 to 18:00. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Check-in is guaranteed until 23:00, and you can check availability for arrivals after that time. If you make a reservation within 24 hours of your stay, please note that check-in may be delayed until 18:00 if the apartment is not yet ready to receive you. Generally, check-in begins at 15:00 or earlier if the apartment is prepared, but should additional time be needed, we will do our best to give you access as soon as possible. Should you have any questions regarding check-in times or other aspects of your stay, please feel free to ask. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. For last-minute bookings, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at the scheduled check-in time. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. You will find containers outside the building. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
