Holiday Rambler @ Steele Magnolia - Vintage Tiny

The '72 Holiday Rambler- fully renovated & converted to 220 sf Tiny Home - no tanks, crappy camper plumbing or wiring... feels like a cool little home. A real shower, toilet, faucet, heat & air.. small & well thought out. TV, wifi, patio, plunge pool, comfy mattresses & special touches make your stay nostalgic & unforgettable. Private compound w/privacy fencing, loungers & tiny pool for cocktail hour. Venture outdoors for conversation & relaxation! The space The vintage '72 Holiday Rambler is a classic silver sided aluminum camper, built to last...it has been converted to a 220 sf Tiny Home, permanently hooked to water, power & sewer & parked under its own shelter. The Rambler features a living room/ kitchen with white cabinets and wood counters; couch converts to a twin bed. The bedroom has twin beds which can convert to a queen bed. Make sure to tell host your preferences. All beds have space underneath for luggage storage & access.The wet bath is a large shower with a real toilet. Kitchen has a large undermount sink, under counter fridge, air fryer/ convection oven, induction burner, Keurig & microwave. The bright hallway features linen & food storage , a small clothes hanging space, ovens and storage shelving. The Rambler has a fully fenced private deck & patio area with privacy fencing and a Cocktail plunge pool (5'x8'x 36" deep . Mid-May until mid-Sept.) The Rambler is on the far back lot of Steele Magnolia, a 2 BR/1Ba cottage that can be booked with the Rambler for larger groups. There is a 16' x 20' yard & small fire pit, as well as a barbeque grill for guest use. There is a large yard at Steele Magnolia, but this is shared space. Wifi and internet tv are included in the unit. Ceiling height in the Rambler is 6'5", so really tall people may find it uncomfortable. Currently The Rambler is not pet friendly because, although it is fenced, the fencing is for keeping humans out of the pool area, not containing pets . Guest access The Rambler has a private patio, small yard, firepit, plunge pool (pool season is mid- May until mid -September)and the use of the yard in front of the property. There are two, side by side parking spaces. Other things to note The Rambler is for adult use only...small children are not a good fit. Children that can swim or up to three adults find the space fun. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in outside spaces only please.
