Large family home next to Brockwell Park

Our home is on the edge of Brockwell Park making it a lovely place to stay with easy access to vibrant Brixton, Herne Hill and central London. It is a large house with a spacious kitchen and dining/living room that opens out onto a conservatory and garden. It has three large double bedrooms. Parking is available for free The space Downstairs You enter the house from the large hallway into the open plan living room, kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils including cafetière and tea/coffee to use for ease. Conservatory and garden The conservatory opens up onto the garden where there is a bbq, table and chairs. Although you are right on the end of Brockwell Park so may not end up using it. Downstairs there is a small bathroom with a toilet and hand basin. First floor On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with ensuite which is available if booking three rooms. There is also a nursery/play room with lots of board games. Second floor On the top floor there are two large double bedrooms with plenty of storage and a large bathroom with shower and bath. Guest access You will have full access to the house Other things to note We have a small cat called Sanau that will be at the house that will be around for weekend stays but won’t be for longer ones.
