The space Our condo is filled with original artwork which leads to an unmatched living experience for our guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. It also has a spacious walk-in closet to hang clothes and store luggage. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet to hang clothes and store luggage. There is also a desk and chair to complete office work in a quiet space. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and also has a closet to hang clothes and store luggage. All showers come complete with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This condo has brand new stainless steel appliances throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with the tools needed to cook a great meal. This condo does not have a grill outside at this point. The living room is expansive with 11' tall ceilings and an open floor plan. Guest access This condo is a great fit for those visiting town for Mizzou Tiger football games, basketball games, True/False Film Festival, Roots N Blues, graduations, traveling nurses, doctors, business professionals, small groups or families. The City of Columbia's 4th of July Fire in the Sky Stephens Park is also visible out the front windows of the condo. A white noise machine has been provided in each bedroom for your convenience, if desired. The bedrooms are on the third floor in this condo, so it isn't a good fit for those who are looking to avoid stairs! We ask that you keep noise levels at a reasonable level at all times per the City of Columbia ordinances. We DO NOT condone any parties or large gatherings of any kind and don't permit loud music or shouting. This will allow us to continue offering memorable experiences to our future guests.
