PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Living & Dining The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a bright living area and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals at home. Modern essentials like Wi-Fi and a coffee maker are provided to ensure you have all the comforts of home. Sleeping Quarters Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated to provide a restful retreat. The first and second bedrooms both feature Queen beds. The third bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, offering two Twin beds plus an additional Twin trundle tucked underneath. The home is served by a shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a convenient powder room. Outdoor Living After a day in the surf, you’ll find two outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. The property includes a backyard area where your dogs can enjoy the fresh air, along with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. STARTER KIT 1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT -Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable.
