The space Your room is a compact studio located in the center of the Clarendon Mews flats just across the street from Frankton Beach, overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Just on the corner is The Frankton Arm Tavern, the most bustling place in this peaceful neighborhood. Guest access You will have your own private entrance into the little studio, with a high queen sized bed and a work space, newly renovated private ensuite with a small shower, and a nice patio space to sit out and enjoy the view (can be chilly in the winter months). Other things to note Being centrally located in the flats gives probably the best view in the area, but you will also probably hear neighbors due to the shared walls. You will definitely hear a plane take off or land if you're in the studio for long enough, but not after 10pm or before 7am.
