Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and backyard, but no access to the garage. Other things to note This is a NO smoking home. Smoking inside of any kind is prohibited, including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, e-cigarettes. There is a $250 fine for guests who violate this policy. All guests MUST be included in your reservation. There is a $50 per night fee, for each guest that is not listed on your reservation. We offer a variety of add-on services to your stay.
