The property features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect size for up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed. There's also a sofa bed in the living room, providing ample sleeping space for the whole family! The space The living area is spacious and features a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a table, chairs, and barstools for six guests to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Step outside to the private balcony for a break in the action and relax to your heart's content! Guests of the property have access to an array of amenities, including free parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for their convenience. The location is also ideal, as it's just a short drive to the beach and nearby attractions such as amusement parks, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk! MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo, via keypad on the door. Other things to note Linens ARE included in this listing (fresh sheets, pillow cases, bedcovers, blankets, towels). Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
