Welcome to Summerlynn House! Our comfortable home awaits. 2 Bedroom (Sleeps 4) + Dedicated Workspace/Office Our focus is to serve the 30 day or longer stay. It is important that our long term vacation & corporate travelers feel comfortable and find our home useful. We think you will agree that we have worked hard to make your visit with us just like home. Summerlynn is freshly painted & ready for your enjoyment. Check out our fenced backyard, fully equipped kitchen & firepit area . The space Our2 Bedroom/ 1 bath home + Office is set up so guests can have their own private space. In addition to the large TV in the living room area, each bedroom has its own TV and full size closet. Perfect for traveling nurses or corporate rentals that may have unrelated guests. Our back porch is a 3 season room and is a great spot for waking up with your morning coffee. The Workspace area is a dedicated room with a door. Remote Working travelers are able to take calls privately and handle business in a private professional space. Guest access As a guest of ours, you will be granted access to the entire property with the exception of one interior storage closet and one exterior storage space. Other things to note Parking: There is one parking place plus free street parking on a wide residential road in front of the the home.
