Gîte 1 La vigne is beautiful for 1 to 4 people

Visiting for business or on vacation? Fancy a romantic weekend with optional access to the sauna and jacuzzi (paid option and bookable 48 hours before)? This 3-star cottage, for 1–4 people, is for you. It was entirely built by us on the second floor of an outbuilding of our house, a typical Charente building. You will be surrounded by vineyards and a 2000 m2 park. 10 min from Barbezieux, 30 min from Cognac and Angoulême, 20 min from Jonzac, 1 hour from Bordeaux. The space The accommodation is new, located upstairs and is about 40 m2. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet and a living room. The entrance is independent of our house and private. There is a parking lot for parking. A terrace for sunny days. The cottage is carefully decorated on the theme of Nature and Cognac. Optional baby kit (crib, bathtub and high chair). The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle). Guest access I will be there to welcome you upon arrival and to introduce you to the cottage and outdoor spaces. In case of absence, there is a key in the key box in the parking lot. The SAUNA JACUZZI HAMMAM area is located in another outbuilding. Paid access on site, rate on request for access from 1.5 to 2 hours If you would like to access this space, please let me know at least 24 hours before your arrival. I will give you all the rates and information on the Wellness area beforehand. Other things to note I am present upon arrival to welcome you and show you around, we set the schedule together. If you would like the baby kit, please let me know before you check in. Please also let me know how many animals are coming with you (2 max). I ask for €10/pet. A security deposit will be required upon arrival. All rental documents are sent to you by email if you wish.
