Welcome to Relais Chapelle! In the idyllic setting of a large wooded garden, our owner Menchu, and his adorable four-legged companion welcome you to this charming 18th-century style estate located in the heart of a small village next to the Fontainebleau forest. Climbing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, canoeing and of course climbing will be your sports activities in the area! Note: no parties allowed after 10 p.m., thank you! The space Everything is peaceful here, your nights will be very quiet! Our bedding is new and of high quality. YOUR 200 m2 INDEPENDENT HOUSE In front of the pool and garden, the pool house consists of a living space on the ground floor including an open-plan kitchen and an office/play area. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: - A small one for 2 people (double bed or 2 single beds) - A medium one for 3 people (double bed or 2 single beds + 1 single bed) - A large one for 4 people (2 double beds or 4 single beds) All other spaces (below) are shared with the other guests of the estate as well as the owner and her dog, Tao. ON SITE - SHARED SPACES: Garden, vegetable garden, chickens, swimming pool, jacuzzi, badminton, ping-pong, Molkki, slackline (children's course), swings, hammock, board games and TV. THE GARDEN Composed of several spaces, you can stroll, go see the chickens, jump on a large trampoline or rest in hammocks or on a cool paved terrace under the trees; it is quiet and fenced. SWIMMING POOL We have a large saltwater pool with sunbathing and a very large terrace. Heated to 25-27 degrees (only from mid-May to September). But it remains accessible (albeit cool) the rest of the year for the brave. Hours: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. JACUZZI The Jacuzzi is outdoors on the pool terrace, it is shared between all guests, a service corridor with its amenities allows you to access this space. A shower, toilet and towels are available to allow you a pleasant experience. Hours: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. By reservation with the caretaker for setup and cleaning after the session (30 min session). BREAKFAST Coffee machines and teapots are at your disposal. The village square with its bakery and café is 100 meters from the Domaine. CHECK-IN: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 10 a.m. for bedrooms. However, you can stay and enjoy the estate until 12 p.m. - You will have access to a shower + towels on the pool side. THE OTHER ROOMS OF THE DOMAINE We have several outbuildings, please let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you! The studio - up to 2 people Independent space on the 1st floor (exterior staircase) - About 30 m2. The apartment - up to 7 people Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom located in the main house. The workshop - 5 people Small house with independent entrance of about 70 m2 on 2 levels. Guest access 1 hour from Paris via the A6. 15 min by car: Fontainebleau and Nemours. 2 min walk: bakery, pharmacy, café, restaurants, bank, florist, grocery store as well as the village media library. A large supermarket is 2 minutes away by car. Free public parking in front of the house. You will be close to the Château de Fontainebleau, Barbizon and Grez-sur-Loing with Impressionist painters, Milly-la-Forêt and Moret-sur-Loing with medieval heritage, Bourron-Marlotte, the Grand Parquet and the Fontainebleau golf course. You can also visit the Château de Courances 25 minutes away and the famous Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte. Other things to note ANIMALS We have a beautiful Golden Retriever dog named "Tao", very nice. If this is a concern, he can be kept on a leash. On the other hand, to avoid any problems, we are not against pets but we ask you to inform us before you come. BABY A foldable baby bed can be added if needed. Please let us know. GUARDIANS The owner and our caretakers live on the estate and manage the entrances/exits and ensure your perfect comfort during your stay. PARKING Large public parking lot just in front of the house, convenient!
