Adorable cottage that has 2 small bedrooms downstairs and an open loft with a queen size bed upstairs along with TVs in each room. Spectacular views of the rolling Catskill mountainside. Close to Callicoon, Jeffersonville, and Livingson Manor with their breweries, distilleries and upscale dining. The bathroom is tiny and the hot water goes fast. It’s a charming, quirky place that we hope you’ll fall in love with as much as we did. This is a very peaceful place, not a party house. 4 ppl maximum. The entire house, fire pit, all land up to the dirt road. We’re always available via text, email, and phone calls. Across from miles of beautiful farmland but a short drive to active towns nearby. Car, there’s space for parking adjacent to the house. No loud noise after 10. Sound in the country travels far.
