Very Close to major attractions: Saratoga Race Tracks, Horse Racing Hall of Fame, Saratoga National Golf Course, Albany-Saratoga Race Car Track, Drive-In Movie Theater, National Museum of Dance, Skidmore College. Less than 2 miles from Saratoga Lake and many great restaurants. The house is cozy and close to all main attractions in the Saratoga area. The 3rd bedroom has a futon couch/single bed and the 4th Bedroom is actually a queen size sofa bed with a new memory foam mattress in the TV room. The entire house I am available via phone and text. Nice quiet neighborhood on a circle street. 4+ car parking in the driveway. The house is not child proof. The WIFI is via Spectrum The property is veteran/disabled owned and operated.
