It offers a self contained stay with one open space that acts as both living room and bedroom with an ensuite. It has a well equipped kitchenette that offers the basic amenities. The space The studio is well located. It is a 2min walk to the Mangawhai Heads shops where there is a Four Sqaure, Fish'n Chip Shop, Bakery, Petrol Station, Liquor Store, Restaurants and Bars, Retail and more. Studio is opposite a reserve that takes in some of the most stunning views of Mangawhai. It over looks the estuary and sea. From here you can get access down to the estuary. The Mangawhai Activity Zone is approx 15min walk or only a short drive. The popular surf beach is only 5min drive and the amazing Mangawhai Cliff Walk starts at the end of the beach. The studio has an open space that acts as both a living room and bedroom. There is a queen size bed. A smart TV to watch programmers of interest. Ensuite that has a toilet, basin and shower with heated towel rails. A well equipped kitchenette that has the basic amenities such small fridge, microwave, small oven and hot plate, toaster and kettle. Basics also supplied such as oil, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. A covered deck for lounging and dining on and guests can get a sneak peak of the sea from here or you can walk across the reserve oppsite the studio and enjoy the picnic table and grassy area while you take in some of the best views of mangawhai. Guest access Guests staying in the studio will have access to all the amenities and facilities provided within the studio. Guests can use the lawn directly out in front of the studio and can use this area as onsite car parking.
