Located in the eclectic Seminole Heights area, Casa Del Soul offers a private suite with jacuzzi tub, swim spa, kayaks, fire pit, and waterfront views—just minutes from Tampa’s top destinations including Ybor, Hard Rock Casino, Downtown, Busch Gardens, Amphitheatre, Arena, International Plaza, The Stadium, plus restaurants, bars, and more. The space Staying at Casa Del Soul is truly a unique experience. The Riverfront Suite is a private retreat featuring a luxury jacuzzi soaking tub overlooking the river. You’ll enjoy your own private entrance with keyless entry, plus a mechanical lockbox for added convenience and peace of mind. Your suite includes a well-equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, utensils, and an optional stovetop burner upon request. A gas grill with side burner is also avail pool able out back for outdoor cooking. Built by a true craftsman, the suite showcases custom finishes throughout, including a spacious bathroom with a deep jacuzzi tub and rainfall waterfall shower over looking the river outback, handmade wood bar, and a sliding barn-style door that adds warmth and character. Relax in your private jacuzzi tub, cool off under the waterfall shower, or step outside for a dip in the swim spa. The suite features a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed with bamboo pillows and soft cotton linens for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll enjoy some of the best views of the Hillsborough River—and if you’re lucky, you may even spot a manatee or dolphins passing by. As our guest, you’ll have access to an observation deck above your suite, a riverfront oak tree swing area with a hanging bed, outdoor dining space, fire pit, fishing dock, lawn chairs for soaking up the sun, swim spa, private boat ramp, hammock, fishing poles, bikes, and even a kayak or jon boat to explore the river. Whether you’re staying for one night or an extended getaway, we’ll do everything possible to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Special Note – The custom jacuzzi tub/shower is large and elevated, which may be difficult for guests with injuries or limited mobility. A step stool and grab bar are provided for assistance. There is also a set of stairs leading to the private entrance. If either of these may be a concern, this may not be the best fit for your sto Guest access Guests can access a front of the house observation deck , chairs and a wood fire pit, the entire back yard, tree swing area and hanging tree bed, waterfront dock, outdoor table and seating, fire pit, pool/ swim spa, fishing boat dock and boat ramp with kayaks and a Jon boat . We have bikes that we let guest use free of charge. We also have 2 Bugatti Electric scooters we rent out for $10 an hour (2hr Min). Scooters will ride from the property all the way downtown to Tampa’s Riverwalk and back, A guest favorite especially at night. Please text Johnny or Abbey if you would like to rent scooters or ride the bikes. Other things to note The suite is newly built and has everything you’ll need for your stay. However it is smaller room with a large bathroom , the property has so many fun things to explore. Layout on our dock and cool off in our pool/ swim spa or just hang out on a swing. Bring your own boat, kayak, or paddleboard we have a dock right on our property. Want to explore the water and don’t have one. No worries we have a kayak you can use. to check out Tampa from the river. Catch some Z’s outside on our hammock or tree swing bed under the oak tree. Enjoy a meal riverside or on the large patio just up the stairs from the entrance to your suite. Light the fire pit and make some s’mores . Enjoy the convenience of living in the city, while experiencing the outdoor nature while living the River life at Casa Del Soul. All outdoor amenities are used at your own risk.
