The apartment has a Lockly electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay. Other things to note + Unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. + Some street noise may occur due to the prime location in downtown OTR. + The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. + NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING Ideally, if you can use car share (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc), public transportation or the free light rail, that would be best. Parking can be challenging in the area. There is metered street parking as well as paid parking lot options in the area. We advise all guests not to ever park in the lot that is right next to the property.
