!IMPORTANT INFO FOLLOWS!! Please read before booking. Mountain-top chalet overlooking two lakes in scenic Western Quebec. Find solitude and peace in nature on this 16 acre property. (*May 1 - Oct. 31) Drive up; 4x4 or all-wheel-drive is strongly recommended! (*Nov. 1 - Apr. 30) Park at bottom and walk to the top !DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE UP! *date ranges may vary depending on seasonal conditions. Great for snowmobile enthusiasts, only 2 min. from FCMQ trails! Insta @lamontagne.mayoqc The space The airy open-concept chalet is located on peaceful 16 acre property atop a mountain overlooking two lakes in a quiet rural neighbourhood. Guest access As you walk in the main doors you will have access to an open-concept sitting room with bar area and billiards. There is also one bedroom and a bathroom/laundry room on this level. Upstairs You will find a spacious open concept kitchen/dining room/living room, as well as two more bedrooms and a bathroom. You have access to a large deck overlooking the lakes and a screen porch looking towards the driveway. Outside, guests have access to a fire pit and hot tub. We ask that guests please do not access the shed located on the property. Unfortunately no lake access can be offered currently due to the mountainous terrain. Other things to note !!IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ before booking!! Summer operations (*May 1 - October 31): Drive up. 4x4 or all-wheel-drive is strongly recommended as gravel driveway is long (~300m) and has a steep incline in areas. Winter operations (*November 1 - April 30): We do not clear the road of snow. Guests are required to park at bottom of hill and walk up. !!DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE UP!! Snowshoes will be available as well as sleds to haul luggage (located in small shed at bottom). About a 10 minute walk if you take your time. It is strongly recommended that you do not overpack.
