The complex has a swimming pool, playground for the little ones, tennis, basketball, and a racketball court. Close to the marinas, catamarans, water activities, bars and restaurants. The Condo has Private Entrance with access control to the building. The space 1 bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and trundle (sleeps 3). Living room with pull-out couch, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Other things to note Located within walking distance from Villa Marina, there is immediate access to all water-related activities, primarily excursions to the islands of Icacos, Palominos, Culebra, and more. The condo is also minutes away from many points of interest, including Las Croabas, Seven Seas beach, Gastronomy Highway and its plethora of some of the best island restaurants, Bioluminescent Bay tours, and snorkeling charters. We are short distance from the following points of Interest: * 15 Minutes from the world-famous Luquillo beach and its kiosks, which feature restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and jet skiing *20 minutes from El Yunque National Rainforest *15 minutes from hiking, ATV, horseback riding, zip lining, and more *15 minutes to the ferry in Ceiba that takes you to the islands of Culebra or Vieques *Minutes away from local supermarkets and stores such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and many fast-food restaurants *45 minutes from San Juan Airport and the metro area Guest access Self Check-in. We are on the 18th floor with a big sliding door that opens to a balcony, so please be mindful of that if you bring young children. The sliding door locks easily from the inside for added security. * SECURITY WILL ASK FOR ID. NO EXCEPTIONS. * ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. * AIR CONDITIONERS ARE IN BEDROOMS ONLY. IF YOU OPEN THE BALCONY DOOR AND LEAVE THE FRONT DOOR OPEN, YOU WILL GET AN EXCELLENT BREEZE. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDO. Do not smoke cigarettes in the apartment. Puerto Rico is a Caribbean island. There may be interruptions with your water, electricity, and internet. These interruptions are beyond our control. We are not responsible if any of the above happens. We recommend renting a car for getting around. There are few Ubers and taxis in Fajardo. There are washing machines & dryers on the ground floor. There is a coin machine in the laundry.
