The Home Away From Home

The Home Away From Home is a peaceful, cozy, family friendly home. We do accept pets with a fee. It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill. The space Front door will be the main entrance with a door code. Door code will be sent out the morning of check-in. Single Car Garage, available to park in. We have one security camera which is outside the home. Twin Room - 2 twin beds, dresser, closet with hangers, and 32" TV with fire stick. Each bed has a sheet set, quilt and two standard pillows. Queen Room - Queen bed, chair, dresser, closet with hangers, nightstand, 32" smart TV. Bed has a quilt, sheet set and four standard pillows. King Room - King bed, chair, dresser, closet with hangers, two nightstands, and 32" smart TV. Bed has a quilt, sheet set, and 4 king size pillows. Living Room - 50" smart tv, sectional couch, (could sleep two), chair, board games and cards are located in tv console. Throw blankets on the couch, and then additional pillows in the master closet. Coat closet - located in between living room and dining room. Broom and Swiffer Wet Mop is located in this closet. Dining Room - Table that seats 6. Sliding glass door out to covered back patio with table and chairs, and grill. Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric range with single oven and 4 burners, microwave, coffee pot, air fryer, toaster, baking sheet, plates, bowls, drinkware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, all cooking utensils, pots and pans. Under the sink are your basic cleaning supplies. There is a few k cups to get you started, powdered creamer, coffee for the coffee pot. Bathroom - Jet bathtub, shower, two sink vanity. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash is provided. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are located in the closet. Two towels per guest, per stay will be provided. Additional towels can be provided upon request. Pack n play in king bedroom closet. We do not allow smoking in our home or in our garage. Neighborhood- There are a few neighbors with the closest being about 30-40 ft from the east side of the house. The back yard is around 10,000 sq ft usable space. The closest major road is about 1/4 of a mile away but there is a side road that connects to the property. Free trailing parking offered 1/2 mile away. Guest access WiFi is provided.
