5 mins to Jack Frost Big Boulder for Skiing + Private Beach / Lake Resort private access. 5 br, 3 bath retreat in 3500+ sf home designed for large families and groups seeking serenity of the Poconos with proximity to the Poconos Raceway, Lake Harmony, Big Boulder, Kalahari and Camelback Resorts and Casinos. Family fun indoor and out. Billiards, home theater, finished screened porch, hot tub and full landscaped fire pit in the back. The space We are superhosts and recently added this home to our successful set of homes in the poconos. We completely renovated this home and the pics are getting updated after Thanksgiving. We have a lot of experience in creating open flow concepts with multiple areas for large multigenerational families to spread out and have their own specific space. This home has three floors of living space, including a ground level for easy access for seniors, a fabulous movie theater room with cocktail lounge for the adults, a full billiards room and pub for the guys. On the main level is a grand two story living room with huge windows, a natural wood fireplace and a brand new kitchen with hardwood floors. We have accommodations for so much seating between the large dining room table, a new kitchen table and a luxurious kitchen island with stools. There is a master bedroom with new bathroom including a luxurious shower stall and double vanity. Across the hall from the master is a converted walk in closet meant for little kids to have fun and includes special projector lights, a glow in the dark convertible couch that turns into a puppet stage and little table for arts and crafts. The other community bedroom on the main floor has a huge custom bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom. Upstairs is a fun kid friendly set of wall to wall double bunks that will make reunions with cousins so much fun and another bedroom with a king bed setup. There is also an enormous screened porch entertainment area with a 65" TV and entertainment furniture seating, fan and bar. Under the porch is a large hot tub spa, more room for seating, eating and contains string lights to make the most of the nighttime. The backyard is nearly an acre of privacy and has been completely renewed and contains multizone seating, including a sectional with a 12' Umbrella for shelter from the elements, a large firepit near a weber BBQ and a cute ski-lift styled swing. Nearby the fire pit is a two story kids playhouse with rock wall climb and twisty slide. Every room has a smart TV throughout the home so there will never be arguments over the content. Every amenity has been imagined and delivered here. In the neighborhood we have provisional access to Brier Crest's Lake Shangri-La. So if you are used to Lake Naomi, talk to us about the similarities and differences. Guest access We have a digital dead bolt at our home. Access info will be provided with check in instructions ahead of your stay. Other things to note Important FAQ Questions: Q: Is toilet paper and soap / cleaning supplies included in the standard rental? A: Yes, we do stock these items for you, but there is also a Dollar General 10 mins away from our home that will quickly supply you with anything and everything you need. Q: Are linens and towels included? A: Yes! Pillows, blankets, sheets and comforters are included as part of the standard nightly rental. Some like to bring their own top sheets. That’s up to you. Q: Is there a minimum length of stay at your home? A: Most of the year we have a minimum 2 night policy. In peak "Summer Season" only, which extends from the end of June through Labor Day, we have a minimum 5 day rental policy to match the cadence of local amenities. This is the most sought out time of the year. Q: Can I access Brier Crest Club amenities? A: Yes - There is a $60 fee for guests staying in the neighborhood to access the Brier Crest Community Amenities. This covers a a temporary membership for 10 guests. We can sleep 14, so there is a $5 charge per person over 10. Q: How many cars can I park at this home? A: Up to 6 cars are permitted but the neighborhood charges $10 per car over 4. Q: Are there any other rules of the Brier Crest neighborhood? A: We will provide you with the local rules at the time of your check in but it does include prohibiting fireworks and curfews after wee hours of the morning. There is also a list of info that we will collect from you for us to register you with the gate house for your entry. There is no formal gate but the community keeps this info and will provide wrist bands if it summer months for the lake and parking tags to leave in your car. Q: What does opt-in hot tub mean? A: Hot tubs are a luxury and liability, so we have a waiver you will need to sign before your visit for access to ensure that we always keep it clean and sanitized for your group. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Provisionally yes but to accommodate for the extra cleanup and potential damage risk, we will charge an additional fee pending length of stay and type / number of animals coming for the visit. Consult with Ariel & Nicole at the time of your inquiry for exact prices but typically starts at $150 per stay. Q: How will I get the keys to the home? A: We have a digital front door lock and will provide you the combination when you check in. There is also a renter's guide that has tons of other important info about the house and the local amenities. Q: The listing says no parties but what does that mean? A: We expect that you will respect our home when you visit. We understand that families will enjoy the property and have fun out in the back, whether on the patio barbecuing or at the lakefront. If you have a party that causes us damages, you will be responsible for replacing broken items with an additional penalty. If there are community fines and expenses related to your stay, you will be required to pay them with added penalties. Q: Is there an age requirement for booking? A: We typically cater to larger upscale families looking to enjoy the amenities of Lake Naomi. Airbnb requires renters to be at least 18 years of age.
