Many hiking trails right outside your door. Walk down hill to an 8-acre lake for fishing / canoeing. Nearby organic farm with animals. 2 friendly cats live downstairs. The space This studio apartment on the 2nd floor of the house has one queen bed and one full bed; a kitchenette and en-suite full bathroom. The units shares a front door with the three other apartments in the house and a staircase with another apartment. Once inside your private unit there is no need to share space or interact with others. You may use the shared full kitchen, livingroom, dining area, and large outdoor porches on the first floor with other folks in the house if you desire. Optional hot tub outside can be cleaned and chemical treated for your private use. Guest access Beside exclusive use of your private studio apartment (private bathroom, kitchenette, sitting/dining area, desk), guests have access to the common areas of the house including full kitchen/living room/dining room table, outside porches, and many walking trails. Guests may use the 1000 gallon stock tanks at the Creekside Pavillion from 10am to 8 pm.
