Our spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and promises a relaxing stay amidst the picturesque Alpine landscape. The location is unbeatable - right in the mountains and with wonderful access to the river "Schlierach", which is only a few steps away and invites you to relaxed walks on the shore. The apartment is on the raised ground floor and impresses with its bright and friendly atmosphere. The open living and dining area is furnished with comfortable furniture and invites you to linger. There is also a sofa bed for 2 more guests. The adjoining balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or admire the sunset in the evening. The comfortable kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. Whether you're planning a simple breakfast or an elaborate dinner, you'll find all the utensils here. The bedroom is cozy and separate from the living area. It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Here you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day. The large garden is available for shared use. It offers an idyllic oasis of peace and invites you to relax and linger outdoors. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the silence of nature. Entertainment is provided by a TV in the living room, which allows you to spend cozy evenings in front of the screen. But the surrounding area also offers numerous leisure activities.
