The space Cozy- total of 750 Sq ft. Clean and tidy, with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors year round. Open concept kitchen and living space with propane fireplace, wall unit heating and A/C. Spacious master bedroom, with walkout to backyard with campfire, patio & sauna! 2nd bedroom includes a double over double bunk bed suitable for children or some willing adults! (It’s pretty comfortable) Netflix, Disney + Prime included. Clean linens, indoor towels included. ***Please note that there is NO direct water access from the cottage. Berford Lake public beach is recommended and is a 10 minute drive from the property on the other side of the lake.*** 600m down the road there is a location to launch a canoe, paddle board or small water craft. ***For swimming, or other beach activities visit Berford Lake Park 10 minute drive away.*** or many other beaches all within 30mins of the cottage.
