Our beautiful Muskoka cottage nestled on 205' of sandy beach on the shores of Rebecca Lake, this post and beam cottage is the vacationer's paradise. Built on a completely flat lot and boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central air conditioner and heating, hot tub and a generator to ensure continued comfort and safety. Enjoy the privacy while remaining close to the town of Huntsville. **FAMILY COTTAGE * The space Arrive by the private roadway, maintained year-round, to the peaceful backdrop of the woodland surrounding this northern oasis. Stepping inside, you are welcomed by fine finishes, cathedral ceilings and traditional hardwood, completely renovated bathrooms and ceramic tile flooring throughout. Master culinary creations in the beautifully updated kitchen. Expansive granite counter tops ease meal preparations while honey-toned cabinetry provides ample storage space. Guests can enjoy appetizers at the breakfast bar while indulging in conversation. Included in the rental are a canoe, kayak, three paddle boards / SUP, outdoor games, basketball net, trampoline and lots more! After dinner, unwind while sinking into the pages of a good book in the living room next to the soothing warmth of a wood burning stone fireplace or relax in our hot tub during those cold nights. Large windows offer a picturesque view of the lake. A main floor laundry room adds convenience to daily routines. After a productive day retreat to the master bedroom to find rest and rejuvenation. Two additional bedrooms are perfect for family or guests. Outside, retreat to the summer gazebo for refreshing summer shade or take in the beauty of this location. Watch the wildlife of Rebecca Lake from the end of the 60' dock. Boasting clear, quality waters, Rebecca Lake is among the last of the pristine lakes in Muskoka, with excellent bass and trout fishing. Enjoy proximity to year-round activities. Some of the Winter activities include: ski on the ski hills of Hidden Valley (20 min drive), Winter tubing or a magical skate through the Canadian forest at Arrowhead Ice Skating Trail (30 min drive) snowshoe or cross country ski in Limberlost Forest (5 KM away), North Ridge Ranch in Huntsville (30 min drive) offers dog sledding excursions all winter long and there is enough room on the trails for the whole family.. *** the access road to the cottage is being maintained and cleared when it's snowing but obviously we are in Muskoka / Huntsville area and winter tires are needed. But as like any other clearing services it depends on road and weather conditions so please make sure to arrive in a suitable vehicle AWD / 4 by 4 for winter, snowy or icing driving conditions Guest access Guest are welcome yo use all facilities in the cottage Other things to note Generator is available on site in case of a power outage. **WIFI - As we are in Muskoka the wifi is via satellite and can get spotty at times. As a suggestion / tip, please try and download movies / shows before arriving at the cottage to ensure you can enjoy with no interruptions.
