Grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset on the large patio or take advantage of the bottom fishing deck and catch a keeper! Need some sand? Rent a golf cart and head to the beach that is just 2 miles away or dine out at any of the local favorite restaurants! The space This condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom. A kitchen that has dishes for eating and cooking. A private patio near the canal and pool. A bathroom with a shower, no bathtub, towels for the bathroom, washer and dryer, and a starter set of toiletries. This home sleeps 4 max. Have a large party? Ask about any combination of other one and two bedroom units at this beautiful complex. We are pet friendly BUT only we have a 1 dog max, pets must be under 20 lbs, must be registered at time of booking and pay the $90 fee, AND we require pets not be allowed on beds or couches. Boating and Fishing This is a dream spot for fishermen and boaters! -Boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis -Shared fishing decks for guest use -No trailer parking allowed onsite -City ordinance requires any street-parked trailer to remain attached to a vehicle. Many guests choose to launch and store trailers at Marker 37 Marina, which is a convenient and popular option on the island.
