The perfect spot ! Facing a pine tree forest, Casa Areal is minutes away from the best beaches of Costa de Caparica. 5 minutes driving, 10 on a bike, 20 on foot. We just finished renovating the house (June) with nice materials and decoration to make it a very cosy and heartwarming place, and added some summer favorites for adults and kids alike: pool, pétanque court and a basketball court. As we are still finishing the house, not all is yet in pictures so you will get more than what you see ! The space The place is great. We designed it as a cosy and stylish holiday and week-end beach home. Apart from the living room and large kitchen, there is ample outside space such as a patio, a garden with pool, a pétanque area, a vegetable garden and orchard and a driveway with basketball court. One of the bedrooms is outside, its own little annex suite with a double bed and large shower and perfect for privacy. The toilet is outside next to the patio. Registration Details 146615/AL
