A 1-hour retreat from São Paulo

The space is in a gated community. The main house, where I live, is on the same property. All the infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of guests throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Quality Wi-Fi, perfect for those who want to get out of the routine and work from home. Automation with Alexa for air-conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from the capital of São Paulo. The space Bar-themed area, with fine decoration, cozy, complete gourmet area, automation system with Alexa and several leisure options: pool table, ecological fireplace, screen of approximately 150'', sauna, heated SPA, swimming pool, and zen kiosk. Infrastructure also for home office. Of the 3 bedrooms available, 2 are in the main house, isolated from the house by a door that is closed, with a lock in the internal and external area, ensuring privacy for guests and hosts, and with access facing the leisure area. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV with Netflix, Primevideo, Disney+ and YouTube, and are finely decorated, and we also provide all bedding, table and bath linen. Guest access The guest has access to the entire leisure area on the property, SPA, swimming pool, sauna and Zen kiosk. Other things to note To use the sauna, please advise 15 minutes in advance, and for the SPA, the heating is on from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and it is important to put the SPA cover on at the end of use so that the temperature is maintained.
