Great ocean views, tranquil getaway, and beach access down the hill via a long walk(no sidewalks) or drive. This 1st floor only rental houses 6 adults with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living & dining rooms, wifi, & smart TVs. Master has a king bed, smart tv & desk. 2nd bedroom has 2 queens beds. Baths are not ensuite. *No Pets* *For an extra $125/night+clean the 2nd story suite (see Theme Room pics) with full bath is available for groups of 7-8. (Enter 8 people to reserve & message us) The space A quiet spot on 1/3 acre with great ocean views. No neighbors right next door thus allowing you to get some rest and relaxation. Enjoy the ocean views without hearing the loud highway noise since we are set back off the cliff unlike some rentals in the area. Especially nice while enjoying the deck outside. For groups of 7-8, you can rent the upstairs suite area for $125/night+cleaning+tax. It has a separate entrance and laundry room. Perfect for a couple to enjoy some privacy that has a forest view, ocean view, queen bed and full bath. Please see the upstairs (theme room) photos. Please verify with your host in advance at time of booking for an upstairs reservation. Owners occasionally visit town and may use upstairs unit, so best to reserve in advance. Walk to Beverly Beach park just down the hill about 1/4mi.. Be aware you have to walk on the road, as there are no sidewalks. Outdoor firepit does not include firewood but Walmart or Fred Meyer has bundles for sale usually. Gas grill in back yard for bbq (please clean after use) Any questions, feel free to ask in advance. **No Pets** **No smoking of any kind indoors** **No parties or events of any kind** **No crypto mining or AI usage** (yes this is a thing now) Outdoor doorbell cameras for each door, cameras on each outside wall and shed area for property and guest security. Guest access You will have full access to the downstairs unit, deck/patio, the side yard with picnic table & back yard. The upstairs 3rd bedroom suite w/ocean view and wood view can be available for an additional charge if reserved in advance for 7 or more adults and we are contacted for additional charges. Other things to note Hosts occasionally visit the area and reserves the use of upstairs 2nd floor suite. Same day booking do NOT guarantee 4pm checkin. Our home is a non-smoking/non-vaping property of any kind. Smoking/vaping is only allowed outside the house. The interior is monitored by smart devices to detect smoking/vaping to enforce our non-smoking policy. Detected smoking/vaping indoors will result in removal from house and will incur significant deep cleaning charges. All beds are on the firm side, only bed on soft side is additional cost upstairs queen suite (listed 'theme room')
