A cozy retreat in the heart of Berkeley. Small studio cottage, looking out on a blooming garden. Clean, great radiant heat, and well appointed with a small kitchenette to handle your breakfast and snacking needs. 15 minute walk to Berkeley Bowl West, 5 minute drive to campus, and near enough to the freeway to make longer excursions a breeze. Crib, highchair, and kid toys available! To note: there are a couple stairs getting to the cottage and an energetic puppy on the premises. The space Guests access the cottage via the backyard through your own entrance. Feel free to chill in the adirondack chairs, hammock, or tiny treehouse! The space is a ~300 sq ft studio, with a comfy queen bed, loveseat, small dining area, and bath. Lots of great light fill the space and the wifi is FAST! Guest access You'll have the cottage all to yourself :) Other things to note Current with Berkeley zoning restrictions, record number ZCSTR2023-0959 IMPORTANT NOTE ON PARKING! Try to park in spot on street right in front of the house. Note the street sweeping schedule: on the 2nd Monday of the month, park on the East side of the street (i.e. in front of the house is okay). On the 1st Friday of the month, only park on the West side of the street (across the street from my house).
