Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families, the space includes a queen bed and a futon sofa that can accommodate up to two kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette, Smart TV, and private bathroom in a quiet setting near all the action. The space 🏠This home has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, making it perfect for up to 2 adults and 2 kids! 🛋️ The futon sofa can comfortably sleep up to two children. 🏡 Please note, this is a studio space. 🛁 our bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One extra toilet paper roll and fresh towels are provided. 🍽️ Kitchen : The kitchen is fully stocked with a large fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and complete dining sets. A dishwasher has been installed for easy cleanup. 🪑 Dining Space: The dining table is located off to the side of the kitchen and has seating for up to 2 guests. 🚗 Free Parking: A private driveway is available! Please park on the LEFT side of the driveway, as the right side belongs to the neighboring house. 🌿 Backyard: The backyard is fenced in for privacy and includes a ping-pong table and outdoor seating furniture for you to relax and enjoy. Guest access Guests have private access to the studio and its designated outdoor area. Parking is shared with the main house. POOL IS NOT ACCESSIBLE.
