Apartment located in Opicina, in a quiet and peaceful area with little traffic, suitable for those who want to spend a relaxing stay away from the chaos of the city. The surrounding area is well supplied, the bus stop is located on the road next to the apartment and there are services such as restaurants, supermarkets and pizzerias. In 15 minutes by car you can get to the centre of Trieste and Slovenia. The space The apartment is totally at your disposal and consists of • A large bedroom with a double mattress and topper, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room has a comfortable veranda terrace. To make your stay practical and comfortable, we will provide towels of various sizes, sheets and blankets and double pillows. • The living room is very bright and welcoming, providing direct access to the terrace where you can have breakfast outdoors. Equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, three-seater sofa (which becomes a single sofa bed if necessary). • The bathroom has a window, a large bathtub, washing machine, toiletries, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. • The kitchen is complete with a microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, kettle, oven and coffee machine. The house is quite cool even in summer, but there is still a portable fan inside. The apartment has private outdoor parking, close to the apartment, and free for guests. We will provide blankets, bedding, bath linens, cooking essentials, as well as soaps and bathroom essentials. Upon arrival, we will ask guests for the tourist tax and their documents. On the day of arrival, we will send you the information to reach the parking lot. In any case, I, Alice, will be there to help you and guide you. Other things to note The price does not include the tourist tax required by the municipality of Trieste, which amounts to €1.50 per person per day and will be requested upon arrival at the property.
